About Collectors Showcase

Collectors Showcase brings collectors, traders and enthusiasts together at Olympia London for a major two-day celebration of trading cards and collectables.

Explore Pokémon, sports cards, TCGs, comics, coins, sneakers and memorabilia; buy, sell and trade with leading vendors; discover rare finds; and meet the wider collector community. Authentication, grading and special appearances make this a standout weekend for seasoned collectors and newcomers alike.

Collectors Showcase takes place on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November 2026 in the National Hall at Olympia London, Hammersmith Road, London W14 8UX.

Expect trading cards, sports cards, Pokémon, other TCGs, comics, coins, sneakers, memorabilia and more, with rare finds and collectables for every level of collector.

Vendor access and parking

Attendee parking is not available; bookable spaces are reserved for vendors. Please use public transport where possible—Kensington (Olympia) station is next to the venue.

UK Card Shows Vendor Terms and Conditions

By booking a vendor table, sponsor space or trading space at a UK Card Shows event, you agree to follow the terms and conditions below. These rules are in place to keep our events safe, fair, professional and enjoyable for vendors, guests, staff and venues.

Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the event, loss of future booking priority, refusal of future bookings, or a ban from future UK Card Shows events.

For the purposes of these terms, “vendor” includes the person or business that made the booking, as well as any staff, helpers, family members or representatives attending on their behalf.

1. Tables, Displays and Allocated Space

Vendors must not bring additional tables into the venue unless they have prior written permission from UK Card Shows. Only tables provided or approved by UK Card Shows or the venue may be used.

Shelving, display stands and similar items are permitted only where they fit safely within the vendor’s allocated space and are placed behind or on the vendor’s table. They must not block walkways, fire exits, neighbouring tables or public areas.

Vendors must not use, move or take tables that have not been allocated to them.

2. Helpers and Wristbands/Lanyards

Vendors are permitted to bring one additional helper for a single table and one extra helper for each additional table after the first, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

All vendors and helpers must check in and wear the correct wristband or lanyard where required. Wristbands and lanyards must not be transferred, resold, shared or given to anyone else.

The vendor is responsible for the conduct of all helpers attending under their booking.

3. Walkways and Public Areas

No stock, boxes, bags, chairs, signage, rubbish, displays or personal items may be left in front of vendor tables, in walkways, near fire exits, or in any public access area.

Walkways must be kept clear at all times.

4. Banners and Signage

Banners, signs and promotional displays must be placed behind or within the vendor’s allocated space unless prior permission has been given by UK Card Shows.

Banners and displays must not block walkways, venue signage, neighbouring vendors, emergency exits or safety equipment. Vendors must not attach items to venue walls, fixtures or fittings unless permission has been given.

5. Waste, Boxes and Clearing Your Space

Vendors are responsible for clearing away all items they bring into the venue. This includes stock boxes, packaging, display materials, rubbish, table accessories and any other items used at the vendor’s table.

Any vendor space left with excessive rubbish, abandoned stock, boxes or other items may result in the vendor being charged for any cleaning, removal or waste disposal costs incurred by UK Card Shows or the venue.

6. Late Arrival and Non-Attendance

If a vendor knows they will be late or cannot attend, they must inform UK Card Shows as soon as possible.

If a vendor has not checked in by the published guest entry time and has not contacted UK Card Shows, we reserve the right to reallocate the table. Reallocated tables may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

7. Check-In and Load-In

All vendors and sponsors must check in at the front desk no earlier than the scheduled load-in time.

Vendors must provide their business name and/or booking name at check-in so that UK Card Shows staff can sign them in and issue any required wristbands or lanyards.

Any unwanted or unused lanyards must be returned to the check-in desk.

Vendors must follow all load-in, load-out, parking and venue instructions given by UK Card Shows staff, venue staff or security.

8. Games of Chance, Raffles, Mystery Products and Prize Draws

Any raffles, prize draws, wheels, lucky dips, mystery products, pull games, chance-based promotions or similar activities must be approved in writing by UK Card Shows before the event.

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring these activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Vendors must clearly display the rules, entry cost, free entry route where required, odds of winning where applicable, prize structure, and fair current market values of advertised prizes.

Prize values must not be misleading and must be based on reasonable current market values. Vendors must be able to provide evidence of advertised prize values if requested.

UK Card Shows reserves the right to investigate complaints, request changes, stop the activity, or require removal of the activity from the event.

9. Moving Tables or Changing Layout

Once vendor tables have been set, vendors must not move tables, chairs, barriers, power cables or other venue/event equipment without speaking to a UK Card Shows staff member first.

The event layout is set for safety, access, fairness and venue requirements.

10. Behaviour and Conduct

Vendors must treat guests, staff, venue staff, security, sponsors and other vendors politely and respectfully at all times.

Abusive language, intimidation, harassment, discrimination, aggressive sales behaviour, threats, bullying or behaviour that damages the reputation of UK Card Shows will not be tolerated.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their helpers also behave appropriately.

11. Trading With Children

Vendors must take extra care when buying from, selling to, or trading with children.

Any trade involving a child who appears to be under the age of 11 must be witnessed and approved by a parent or guardian.

Vendors must not pressure children into sales or trades, knowingly offer unfair trade values, or take advantage of a child’s lack of market knowledge.

UK Card Shows staff may intervene in any transaction involving a child where concerns are raised.

12. Tablecloths

UK Card Shows will not provide tablecloths unless stated otherwise for a specific event.

Where tablecloths are provided, vendors must collect them from check-in and return them before leaving the venue. Replacement charges may be passed on to vendors who do not return borrowed tablecloths.

13. Early Pack-Down and Leaving Before Closing

Vendors are expected to remain set up and trading until the advertised event closing time.

Vendors must not pack down or leave early without prior agreement from UK Card Shows staff or the event host.

Leaving early without permission may result in reduced priority for future bookings, refusal of future bookings, or a strike against the vendor’s account.

If a vendor sells out before the end of the event, they must speak to staff before packing down.

14. Insurance, Loss and Damage

Vendors are responsible for arranging their own insurance, including cover for stock, equipment, cash, public liability and any staff or helpers where applicable.

UK Card Shows accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vendor stock, equipment, cash, displays or personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Vendors may be asked to provide proof of insurance before or during an event.

15. Promotion of Other Events

Promotion of non-UK Card Shows trading card events, competing events or third-party events is not permitted at UK Card Shows events without prior written permission.

Permission is required on an event-by-event basis.

This includes flyers, posters, banners, QR codes, leaflets, table displays, verbal promotion and any other promotional material.

Vendors may be asked to remove unauthorised material immediately.

16. Counterfeit, Fake, Illegal or Misleading Goods

Vendors must not sell, display, trade or promote counterfeit, fake, stolen, illegal or otherwise prohibited goods.

Vendors must not knowingly misrepresent the authenticity, condition, rarity, grade, value or origin of any item.

UK Card Shows reserves the right to request the immediate removal of any item we reasonably believe breaches this rule or may damage the reputation of the event.

17. Vendor Sales and Customer Disputes

All sales, trades, refunds, disputes, descriptions, prices and customer service matters are the responsibility of the vendor.

UK Card Shows is not a party to transactions between vendors and guests.

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable consumer, trading, tax and business laws.

18. Electrical Equipment and Power

Any electrical equipment brought into the venue must be safe, undamaged and fit for purpose.

Power may only be used where it has been agreed in advance or provided as part of the booking.

Cables must not create trip hazards, block walkways, or be run across public areas without permission.

UK Card Shows may require unsafe or unauthorised electrical equipment to be removed or disconnected.

19. Venue Rules and Staff Instructions

Vendors and helpers must follow all instructions given by UK Card Shows staff, venue staff, security, fire marshals or event management.

This includes instructions relating to health and safety, fire exits, walkways, loading, unloading, queues, emergency procedures and venue-specific rules.

Failure to follow staff or venue instructions may result in removal from the event or refusal of future bookings.

20. Table Sharing, Transfers and Subletting

Vendor tables, sponsor spaces and trading spaces must not be transferred, resold, shared or sublet without prior written permission from UK Card Shows.

Only approved vendors and approved helpers may trade from a booked space.

21. Photography and Filming

Photography and filming may take place at UK Card Shows events for promotional, social media and event coverage purposes.

By attending as a vendor, you acknowledge that your stand, branding, staff or products may appear in photographs or video used by UK Card Shows.

22. Right to Refuse or Remove

UK Card Shows reserves the right to refuse entry, request removal of items, stop activities, remove a vendor from the event, or refuse future bookings where a vendor breaches these terms or acts in a way that creates safety, legal, reputational or customer-experience concerns.
