Leeds Card Show - Vendor tables

Please note vendor tables are non refundable so make sure you can definitely attend

The Leeds Card Show takes place for the first time on 16th November 2025 at the Royal Armouries.

Vendors are able to load in 15 cars at a time so there will be more time than usual allowed for load in and set up. Parking is available at the multi-story next to the venue but it is paid booking. You can pre book on the CitiPark app or pay on the day when you leave.

The event will run as follows:

7:30am - Vendor entry

10:00am - Early access entry

11:30am - General entry

01:30pm - Afternoon guests arrive

04:00pm - Event ends

05:00pm - Everyone out of the venue
