About the event
Vendor Table Information Vendor table bookings are non-refundable, so please make sure you are able to attend before booking. If the event is cancelled or significantly changed by UK Card Shows, we will contact vendors directly with the available options.
The Milton Keynes Card Show comes to Unity Place on Saturday 27 February 2027 — bringing collectors, traders, families and card fans together in one of Milton Keynes’ most modern and accessible venues.
Located directly opposite Milton Keynes Central station, Unity Place is perfectly placed for vendors and visitors travelling by train, car, bike or on foot. The venue is less than a 5-minute walk from the station, around 11 minutes from M1 Junction 14, and sits right in the heart of Central Milton Keynes.
Expect a packed day of trading cards, collectibles, grading, buying, selling, trading and community — all inside a bright, modern venue built for events.
Public parking is available close to Unity Place on the City Side facing V6 Grafton Gate, including accessible bays and parent-and-child bays. Visitors travelling by train can simply arrive at Milton Keynes Central and walk straight across to the venue.
Unity Place also benefits from step-free access, accessible facilities, adapted toilets, Changing Places facilities and nearby food options across Central Milton Keynes. Please note that some food outlets inside Unity Place may have different weekend opening hours, so visitors may wish to plan food before or after the show using nearby options at The Hub, centre:mk or Xscape.

Vendor Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms carefully before booking. These rules help us keep the event fair, safe, and well organised for vendors, guests, sponsors, and venue staff.
Tables and Displays
Vendors must not bring any additional tables into the venue. Only the tables provided as part of your booking may be used.
Shelves and display stands are permitted, provided they are placed safely behind your allocated table space and do not block walkways, neighbouring vendors, emergency exits, or access routes.
Due to previous issues with event tables going missing at recent shows, this policy now applies to all UK Card Shows events going forward.
Once vendor tables have been set up, they must not be moved without speaking to a member of staff first.
Banners must be placed behind vendor tables unless prior permission has been given by UK Card Shows.
No items are to be left in front of vendor tables. Walkways must be kept clear at all times.
Vendor Passes and Helpers
Vendors are permitted to bring one additional helper for a single table booking.
For bookings with more than one table, vendors are permitted one extra helper for each additional table after the first.
Additional vendor passes beyond the included allocation will be charged at £20 on the door.
Extra helpers beyond the included allocation will not be allowed entry during vendor load-in and will require a valid guest ticket.
Vendors and helpers must wear the wristband or lanyard provided at check-in. Entry will not be permitted without one.
Check-In and Load-In
All vendors and sponsors must check in at the front desk no earlier than the scheduled vendor load-in time.
Please provide your business name and/or booking name at check-in so we can sign you in and provide your wristbands or lanyards.
Please return any unwanted lanyards to the check-in desk.
The lead vendor for each booking must bring photo ID on the day to sign in.
Late Arrival and Non-Attendance
If you know you will be late or can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
We have measures in place to reallocate tables at short notice to existing vendors, but we can only do this if we are made aware of non-attendance.
Vendor tables may be reallocated after the first guest entry time if we have not been notified of a delay or non-attendance.
Rubbish and Clean-Up
Vendors are responsible for removing any items they bring into the venue.
This includes stock boxes, packaging, display materials, larger items used at your table, and any other waste created during the event.
Any vendor space left with excessive rubbish or abandoned items may result in waste charges being passed on to the vendor.
Tablecloths
Tablecloths will not be provided unless stated otherwise.
If tablecloths are provided for a specific event, vendors will need to collect them from check-in and return them before leaving.
Replacement charges may be passed on to any vendor who does not return provided tablecloths.
Conduct
Vendors must treat other vendors, staff, sponsors, and guests in a polite and respectful manner at all times.
Your conduct reflects not only on your own business, but also on the event as a whole.
Trading With Children
All trades with children under the age of 11 must be witnessed by an adult where percentages of market value are being offered.
If a child does not have an adult with them, we advise asking them to return with a parent or guardian before completing the trade.
Games of Chance
Any games of chance, mystery pull games, raffles, prize walls, or similar activities must clearly display the odds/chances of winning, the available prize tiers, and the approximate market value of prizes.
Advertised prize values must reflect current market value across high, medium, and low prize tiers.
If complaints are received regarding inaccurate odds, unclear information, or misleading prize values, UK Card Shows may investigate and ask the vendor to amend or remove the activity.
Leaving Early
Vendors must not leave the event early unless this has been agreed in advance with UK Card Shows staff or the event host.
Leaving early without prior agreement may result in a strike against future bookings and could affect your ability to attend future events.
This is to ensure guests arriving later in the day still receive the full event experience.
Vendors are expected to bring enough stock to remain trading for the full event duration.
Insurance
All vendors are expected to have suitable insurance to cover any products, stock, equipment, displays, or personal belongings brought into the venue.
Any vendor attending without insurance does so at their own risk.
Promotion of Other Events
Non-UK Card Shows events may only be promoted at official UK Card Shows events with prior permission.
Permission must be requested and approved on an event-by-event basis.
If unauthorised promotional materials are found, or if vendors are actively promoting non-approved events, vendors may be asked to remove the materials and stop promoting the event.
By completing your vendor booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the vendor terms listed above. Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the event and/or refusal of future vendor bookings.
