Cambridge Card Show #10 - Vendor Tables

VENDOR TICKETS

Vendor tickets are non-refundable so please make sure you can attend. 3 table limit for vendors who are NOT sponsoring.

Cambridge Card Show 3 year anniversary event will be taking place on the 4th April 2026 at Cambridge Regional College (Hall 1).

• Vendor/Sponsor sign in opens: 8:00am

• Sponsor entry: 8:00am

• Vendor entry: 8:30am

• Early entry is from 10:00am

• General admission is from 11:30am

• Afternoon entry is from 1:30pm

• Event ends at 4:00pm

• Vendors leave by 5:00pm

By booking a vendor ticket you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, if any of these terms are not met you may be banned from future UK Card Shows events:

1. Vendors must not bring any additional tables into the venue. Shelves are permitted as long as they are placed behind tables. We have had tables stolen at a couple of recent events so this rule will carry over to all events going forward.

2. Vendors are permitted to bring one additional helper for a single table and one extra helper for each additional table after the first.

3. No items are to be left in front of the vendor tables, walkways must be kept clear at all times.

4. Banners must be placed behind tables unless we have permitted otherwise with prior notice.

5. Vendors are responsible for clearing out any items they come in with. This includes large boxes for stock or larger items which are used at the vendor's table. Any spaces left with excessive rubbish or other items will be forwarded any waste charges we incur from venues.

6. If under any circumstances you know you will be late or can't attend please let us know. We do have measures in place to reallocate tables on short notice to existing vendors only if we are aware of non-attendance. We will allow vendors until the first guest entry time before reallocating tables.

7. All vendors and sponsors must check in at the front desk no earlier than the scheduled load in times. This applies to sponsors and vendors. Please provide your business name and or booking name at check-in so we can get you signed in and provide wristbands/lanyards. Please return any unwanted lanyards to the check-in desk.

8. Any games of chance must provide full details of the stats regarding the chances of winning and all prize values must match current market value for high, low and medium prizes. If we have complaints that this isn't the case we will have to investigate further.

9. Once the vendor tables are set please do not move the tables without speaking to a staff member first.

10. Vendors must treat other vendors, staff and guests in a polite/respectful manner at all times. Remember this not only impacts guest impressions of your business but the event as a whole.

11. All trades with children must be witnessed by an adult if they are under the age of 11 and percentages of market value are being offered. If the child trading doesn't have an adult with them we advise you ask them if they have a parent who can come and witness the trade.

12. We will no lonnger be providing table cloths unless stated otherwise. In the instance we do make allowances vendors will need to collect their table cloths from the check in and will be required to return them otherwise replacement charges will be passed on to anyone who hasn't returned any table cloths.

13. Any vendors who leave an event early without prior arrangements with the staff or the event host will receieve a strike against future bookings which could impact future attendance. This is unfair to guests who arrive later at the events and don't get to recieve the full experience they expect. We do expect vendors to be stocked with enough product to see out the event duration.

14. All vendors are expected to have their own insurance to cover any products or equipment brought into the venue. Failing to do this is doing so at your own risk.

15. Non UK Card Shows events are only allowed to promote at official UK Card Shows events if they have prior permission which is required event to event. If we find non UK Card Show event's materials being promoted or hear of vendors actively promoting non official UK Card Shows events you will be asked to remove the material and stop actively promoting said event.

16. The vendor booking is expected to bring photo ID on the day to sign in. Please note that extra helpers beyond the number specified will not be allowed to enter during vendor load in and will require a guest ticket. Vendors and helpers will not be allowed entry without a layard or wristband.
